Need to Return a product?

To return a product to ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD., you'll need to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. This can be done by contacting our service department at info@ansuz-team.com, or by telephone. NO returns of any type will be accepted without an RMA.

We'll need the following information to authorize your return:
- Customer name
- Invoice number
- Item serial number(s)
- Nature of the problem

In general, ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. accepts returns on merchandise within two weeks. However, ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. reserves the right to authorize product returns beyond two weeks from the invoice date. IF the product is accepted for a return, credit will be issued toward one of the following:

 FUTURE PRODUCT PURCHASE

  EXCHANGE

  ORIGINAL SHIPPING CHARGES ARE NOT REFUNDED ON RETURNED ITEMS.

Customers are responsible for all shipping charges back to ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. on returned item(s), and ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. will pay the shipping charges on the replacement or exchange item(s) going back.

Returns within two weeks from invoice date can be for exchange, replacement or credit at ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. discretion. A restocking fee of 20 % will be applied to all products. All products must be returned in the original packaging and be in saleable condition. Partially products will not be credited. A full credit is subject to a quality control inspection by ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD..

If for any reason our Aromatherapy products do not fulfill your expectations, we will take it back without question. However, there will be a 50% disposal charge of it's value, since we do not resell or repackage returned products.

ANSUZ AROMATHERAPY LTD. will not assume any misuse or abuse of its products. Read the instructions before using the product. We are not responsible for personal injuries resulting from using our products in a careless manner.
