NOTE:> The Ozone generated by The Water O₃zonator is NOT intended to be breathed in! It is intended for water ozonation only. Ozone can be very damaging (through rapid and powerful oxidation) to sensitive lung tissues. Always use The Water O₃zonator in a well ventilated area. A stove-top exhaust fan works well to remove the off gas of The Water O₃zonator unit. NOTE: The WOZ4 unit's output ozone concentration is below permissible levels (<0.05 PPM) at a distance greater than 48" from unit.

The Water O₃zonator Model WOZ4 is a highly efficient, Fused Quartz Crystal, High Frequency Corona Discharge (CD) ozone generator utilizing inventor-genius Nicola Tesla's principles. Breakthrough technology has been applied to the WOZ4 allowing it to operate from a 12 Volt DC power source like an automobile battery or appropriate solar panel. The WOZ4 unit is complete with a built-in Air Pump.

The WOZ4 outputs a true* 200mg/Hr. (*Measured with a GM Anceros ozone-in-air analyzer.)

Ozone concentration is a maximum of 3.6 Gamma (ug/ml or mg/l) at 0.5 LPM flowrate. The WOZ4 can ozonate an 8 ounce (250mL) glass of room temperature water in less than 1 minute and achieve an ORP (Oxidation-Reduction Potential) of over an outstanding +1,000mV ORP in less than 3 minutes). Water sterilization occurs at greater than 600mV ORP, thus the WOZ4 exceeds the requirements for water sterilization.

Ozone is an unstable, but highly beneficial molecule. It's the tri-atomic form of oxygen: Instead of the normal arrangement of 2 atoms of oxygen (O2), ozone is comprised of 3 atoms of oxygen (O3). Ozone, however, doesn't want to stay in that tri-atomic state very long and unless held in check or bound by other molecular couplings, ozone will usually break down from O3 to O2 + O1 within 20 minutes of so (at atmospheric pressure at least). O1 is called a single oxygen atom and it's HIGHLY REACTIVE. with just about any substance that should NOT be in the human body including all pathogens (virus, bacteria, etc.) and synthetic compounds or their metabolites such as drugs and their  metabolite residues.

There are 3 common methods of  producing ozone.
1. Hot Spark
2. Ultraviolet light
3. Cold Plasma

Hot spark (corona discharge) production was used mostly for industrial applications, but today you will corona discharge ozone available for personal application. Ultraviolet and cold plasma are most commonly offered in therapeutic work.

Cold plasma will produce far greater quantities of ozone in a given space of time compared to ultraviolet production. However, that is not to say that the ultraviolet method is in any way inferior to cold plasma, it's a difference of quantity, not necessarily quality.

Also, some cold plasma units have the capability of producing short-lived isotopes of ozone which include O4, O5, O6, O7 etc.   These isotopes are even more reactive than O3.
